Hands of Change is a Meredith-based charity and NDIS provider. Started by Linda Wong and Chris Ardrey in 2016, they offer hands-on programs for individuals, businesses, corporate organisations and NDIS customers.
Council has secured a small grant from Barwon Health to run activities in the Shire during Mental Health Week 2018 (7-13 October).
Due to popular demand and lots of popular feedback, we are rolling our third ‘Circle of Security’ program for local families.
Circle of Security is a relationship-based parenting program run by Council, in collaboration with CentaCare Ballarat.
