On 23 April 2020, the Victorian Parliament passed emergency COVID-19 legislation (COVID-19 Omnibus (Emergency Measures) Act 2020) enabling ‘virtual’ council meetings to be held between 1 May 2020 and 2 November 2020.
Applications for the second round of Council’s Community Strengthening Grants program are open from today.
Following a successful first round of Council’s revamped grants program, Community Strengthening Grants of up to $10,000 are available again in four categories:
Golden Plains Shire Council will be implementing a number of changes to its operations in line with the upgraded Coronavirus (COVID-19) Stage Three restrictions that come into force this week.
Sixteen Golden Plains community groups have successfully secured Community Strengthening Grants from Council, to deliver an exciting range of community projects and programs across the Shire.
