Last year, Council committed to engaging more widely with the community in preparing a revised Strategic Resource Plan (SRP) and an Annual Budget.
On Tuesday 28 June 2016 Council resolved to allocate Community Grants to 47 organisations, to a total value of $144,966, and last night we held a celebration event.
Council is organising an event for the evening of Tuesday 16th August to celebrate 15 years of Community Planning in Golden Plains Shire.
As part of Council’s Events, Marketing and Communications Strategy, we are planning to develop profiles for our towns and communities, and feature one profile in each Gazette, from October onwards.
