Community

Due to the Queen’s Birthday Public Holiday, Council’s Customer Service team will be unavailable on Monday 8 June. For after-hours support, please call 5220 7111 and listen carefully to the prompts. The team will be available again from 8.30am on Tuesday 9 June.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Customer Service Centres in Smythesdale, Linton and the new Golden Plains Civic Centre in Bannockburn remain closed to face-to-face interactions. Customers are still able to contact the Customer Service team by phone at 5220 7111, email at [email protected], or online at goldenplains.vic.gov.au/forms/portal.

A new after-hours mail box has been installed at the Golden Plains Civic Centre. Residents seeking to drop off items or paperwork can find the mail box on the car park approach to the building’s entrance.

There are no changes to kerbside waste collection on the Queen’s Birthday Public Holiday, and it will run to the usual schedule.
