Council is upgrading its telephone platform to improve communication connectivity. Our current system will be retired in 2026, and we’re taking proactive steps to migrate over to the new platform now.
Customers will be unable to call Council’s phone lines on Friday 12 December from 8.30am until 11am. During this time, if customers attempt to call the phone line, they will hear a message saying “this service is not connected”.
During this upgrade, our two Customer Hubs in Bannockburn and Smythesdale will remain open and customers can continue to email us at [email protected] with any enquiries.
We appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation as we complete this important upgrade to deliver better, more reliable communication services.
