Council’s Customer Service Centres in Bannockburn and Smythesdale will be closed on Wednesday 26 January for the Australia Day Public Holiday.
General phone and online enquiries will be unavailable during this time. Community members seeking after-hours support can call 5220 7111 and listen carefully to the prompts.
Kerbside bin collection on Wednesday is not affected and will go-ahead as per the normal schedule.
Customer Service Centres and offices will reopen at 8.30am on Thursday 27 January.
