Current Status
Council continues to promote the Gheringhap Employment Precinct as a major economic opportunity, with the site positioned for long term industrial and commercial development. At present:
- The land remains zoned Farming Zone but identified for future employment use in the Planning Scheme.
- Infrastructure planning for utilities and services is ongoing.
