Gheringhap Employment Precinct

The Gheringhap Employment Precinct comprises 130 hectares of privately owned, Farm Zone land designated to transform Gheringhap into an active commercial precinct that will service Golden Plains Shire and surrounds.

Located in a prominent location on the Midland Highway at Gheringhap, the Precinct is located close to Geelong, Ballarat, Melbourne and major transport routes.

Council adopted The Gheringhap Structure Plan in 2012, which was gazetted into the Golden Plains Shire Council planning scheme in 2014. The Plan identifies Farm Zone land in Gheringhap that is suitable for development as an employment precinct.
