Public Question Time
Members of the public are welcome to ask questions at upcoming Council Meetings on any Council related matters.
This page provides information on how to submit a question.
COVID-19 Changes: Due to COVID-19, questions submitted for Public Question Time will be read out at Council meetings by the Chief Executive Officer as proxy (where appropriate), until further notice.
Submitting a Question
All questions submitted to ask at a Meeting of Council must be written and received by 10am of the day of the meeting. The person who submitted the question, or their representative, must be present at the meeting to ask their question.
Options for submitting a question include:
- Complete an online form;
- Submit a form by email to firstname.lastname@example.org; or
- Deliver a form to the Council Offices
