Council's online building portal 'Greenlight' allows you to submit your lodgment of building documents and make the applicable payment all in the one process. All you need to do is register once.

For a short time, applications can be made outside of our 'Greenlight' system by using the forms below. However it is highly recommended ALL applications be lodged online for streamlined efficiency.
