Council advises that water main realignment works at the intersection of Milton Street and Moore Street in Bannockburn will begin on Monday 22 May.
The works include lowering the existing Barwon water main to avoid a clash with the proposed Council stormwater pipe and support the next stage of intersection upgrade works (currently being planned). Works are expected to continue until the end of June 2023.
Moore Street will be closed to motorists and traffic management will be in place during works.
Council asks motorists and pedestrians to be mindful of the proposed construction and to allow extra time for travel in the area.
