Remedial works will be undertaken at the Leigh River Observation Platform in Inverleigh and Bruce’s Creek Viewing Platform in Bannockburn throughout the month of October.
The Leigh River Observation Platform, accessible via Savage Drive, Inverleigh, and the Bruce’s Creek Reserve Viewing Platform, Rosemond Way, Bannockburn, will be upgraded as part of Council’s Open Space Renewal Project.
The proposed works will include decking and railing replacements, street furniture upgrades and pathing improvements.
The remedial works are scheduled to be conducted during the month of October, dependant on site access and weather conditions.
Temporary fencing will be erected around the platforms as well as signage to advise of works being undertaken. Residents are advised to follow all signage while works are underway.
