Bannockburn
The Bannockburn Lions Park playground will close for soft fall replacement works next week.
The playground at Bannockburn Lions Park, Railway Terrace, Bannockburn will be closed from Monday 28 March to Friday 1 April for soft fall replacement works.
The works follow recent playground audits conducted by Council and will see the current soft fall at the playground removed and replaced, alongside some minor drainage works.
While works are undertaken, community members are encouraged to utilise neighbouring playgrounds in Bannockburn:
- Bannockburn Play Space, 11 Milton Street – 2 minutes by car
- Bannockburn Recreation Centre Playground, 132 Milton Street – 3 minutes by car
Works are expected to be completed by Friday 1 April. Council appreciates the community’s understanding and patience while these essential works are completed.
