Golden Plains Shire Council will hold an unscheduled meeting at 4pm, Friday 29 July, to consider a confidential item.
Council will consider the following confidential reports for decision:
- Strategic Land Purchase
This matter is considered to be confidential under Section 3(1) - g(ii) of the Local Government Act, and the Council is satisfied that discussion of this matter in an open meeting would, on balance, be contrary to the public interest as it deals with or (ii) if released, would unreasonably expose the business, commercial or financial undertaking to disadvantage.
The Unscheduled Council Meeting will be held at the Golden Plains Civic Centre, 2 Pope Street, Bannockburn, with virtual attendance available to Councillors.
The meeting will be accessible to members of the public through the livestream on Council’s website and YouTube page, noting that the sole item is confidential.
