Shelford
At its 24 August meeting, Golden Plains Shire Council considered two planning permits related to 1115 Shelford-Mt Mercer Road in Shelford, and heard a presentation from the applicant, as well as several objections.
Council did not determine the application for the use and development of the land for the purposes of a broiler farm and associated buildings and works. Therefore, the application will be reintroduced and considered at Council’s 28 September meeting.
Council did support granting a planning permit for the use and development of the land for the purposes of materials recycling and associated buildings and works.
