Upgrade works are set to begin at four intersections in Rokewood from next week as part of the Golden Plains Wind Farm Project.
Road works on Geggies Road and Cressy-Shelford Road intersection and Geggies Road and Rokewood-Shelford Road intersection will commence on Monday 19 September and continue until the end of December.
Road works on Bells Road and Cressy-Shelford Road intersection and Bells Road and Rokewood-Shelford Road intersections will commence on Saturday 1 October and will also continue until the end of December.
The proposed works include general road and intersection upgrades as part of the Golden Plains Wind Farm project.
Drivers may experience some disruption during this period, with full closures of Geggies Road and Bells Road, and speed limit reductions between Cressy-Shelford Road and Rokewood-Shelford Road.
Detours will be in place during any road closures and drivers are advised to travel safely, obey reduced speed limits and the directions of traffic controllers, and be considerate of road workers and other traffic.
