Excitement is building for a movie afternoon event in Bannockburn this weekend, after more than 150 locals and visitors came together for a fun movie event at Cape Clear Recreation Hall.
Council hosted the first of two movie afternoons on Saturday 17 February at the Cape Clear location, with moviegoers young and old enjoying the animated film 'Lilo and Stitch'. The family-friendly event also featured food truck delights, face painting, an animal petting zoo and live music.
Movie fans will have an opportunity to watch 'The Lego Movie' at the Bannockburn Cultural Centre this Saturday 24 February from 1 to 5pm. A food truck, petting zoo, family activities and live music will also feature at the Bannockburn event.
