Nimons Bridge Works Completed

Nimons Bridge Update
Roads & Transport

Surface treatment works on Nimons Bridge are now complete and the bridge was reopened to all users on Friday 1 July.

The works were completed as part of the Three Trails Project to improve and upgrade three significant multi-use trails: Ballarat-Skipton Trail, Kuruc a Ruc Trail and Rainbow Bird Trail. Popular with local and visiting walkers, hikers, cyclists and horse-riders, the trails span a total of 101km and connect 15 different townships and communities across Golden Plains Shire, as well as City of Ballarat and Corangamite Shire.

Tree branches discarded to the side of the bridge will be removed this week.
