Local businesses recognised in the Geelong Business Excellence Awards

Business & Economic Development

Congratulations to Golden Plains’ businesses Austins Wines, Bannockburn Station Café and Inverleigh Hotel on being recognised in the 2018 Deakin University Geelong Business Excellence Awards over the weekend.

All three businesses were very worthy finalists, and while they didn’t pick up the top prize, it’s a great acknowledgment of their hard work and dedication.

Geelong’s Supatramp took out the top prize of business of the year, along with the Tourism and Hospitality category.  Previous winners from Golden Plains Shire include Sage Farm and the Golden Plains Farmers’ Market, which has picked up three awards in the past.

You can see photos and updates from the event on the Geelong Business Excellence Awards Facebook page.
