Council is seeking feedback from community members to help guide the design of the proposed bike park at the Bannockburn Skate Park

Community members are invited to complete a short survey outlining what they would like to see as part of the proposed bike park.

A design workshop will also be held on Thursday 24 November from 4 to 5pm at the Bannockburn Skate Park, 3 Moore Street, Bannockburn, where community members are invited to share their ideas on the Bannockburn Bike Park design.

The consultation aims to determine what features the community would like to see included at the proposed bike park with feedback gained from the survey and design workshop to influence the final design.

Council secured $805,000 from the Victorian Government’s Growing Suburbs Fund for Stage 2 of the Bannockburn Skate Park upgrade which will include the construction of a skate bowl, alongside supporting infrastructure including lighting, furniture, landscaping and shelter.

Community members can access the survey on Council’s website: www.goldenplains.vic.gov.au/consultations

The survey closes at 5pm Monday 5 December, 2022.
