VicRoads has advised the Hamilton Highway is closed between Common Road and Harvey Road, Inverleigh.
The clean-up and removal of a large number of freight train carriages continues in the area following the train derailment on 14 November 2022.
Detours are in place via the Princes Highway and Inverleigh-Winchelsea Road.
Please allow additional travel time if you are driving through this area, and please drive to the road conditions.
VicRoads will provide a further update by midday tomorrow, Friday 25 November.
