Haddon
Haddon Kindergarten, located at Council’s Northern Community Centre has undergone a $25,000 expansion thanks to funding from the Department of Education.
Council was successful in securing the funding, which has gone towards creating a larger space that accommodates additional kindergarten enrolments and meets the mandated child-to-staff ratios.
With the service having seen a spike in 4-year-old enrolments and reached capacity, this minor upgrade is great for the Haddon community.
Haddon Kindergarten is operated by the Eureka Community Kindergarten Association (ECKA), who deliver a great service to local families.
Golden Plains Shire Council worked in partnership with ECKA to secure this funding, and deliver this wonderful extension.
