To assist residents over the weekend, Council’s Customer Experience team will be available by phone at 5220 7111 from 8.30am to 5pm on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16, October.
While the Customer Hubs in Bannockburn and Smythesdale will remain closed over the weekend, Customer Experience Officers will be available to take enquiries from residents and will work with on-call Council Officers to assist where possible.
Outside of these hours, Council’s after hours service will be available by calling 5220 7111.

Sandbag Stations: Open
Sand and sandbags are available at Smythesdale, Inverleigh, Bannockburn and Shelford for Golden Plains Shire residents. Please bring your own shovel.

Sandbags won’t stop the water completely, but can reduce the amount of water entering your home by creating a small wall across door ways, or in plastic bags to cover drainage holes.
