Golden Plains Shire Council's Customer Hubs in Smythesdale and Bannockburn reopened at 8.30am on Tuesday 3 January, following the Christmas and New Year break. The Customer Experience team is ready to help with all your Council enquiries in 2023 from 8.30am to 5pm each week day.
Early Years Services
The Bannockburn Family Services Centre is also open again from 8.30am to 5pm each weekday.
Family Day Care services have recommenced and Council's Kindergarten and Occasional Care Services in Bannockburn, Teesdale, Rokewood, Inverleigh and Meredith will recommence from Tuesday 31 January, 2023.
Maternal and Child Health Services
Maternal and Child Health Services in Bannockburn, Smythesdale, Teesdale, Inverleigh and Rokewood have recommenced.
Services in Meredith will resume in late January, 2023, due to the closure of the Meredith Community Hub throughout January.

Rubbish and Recycling Collection
Council's waste and recycling collection service continues to operate as per the normal schedule.
As always, please remember to place your bins out the night before your collection day.
Rokewood Resource Recovery Centre
The Rokewood Resource Recovery Centre (the Centre) re-opened for normal operational hours on Sunday 7 January, 2023.
The Centre is open from 10am to 3pm each Sunday.
