Have you seen our regular news page in The Miner?

As part of Council’s commitment to improving communications with our communities, we started sharing a full page of Golden Plains Shire Council News in The Miner each fortnight. Many of these were shared in community newsletters as well to further reach out to residents. Our fortnightly news in The Miner joins other activities that help residents stay across important news and updates from Council, including the bi-monthly Gazette, our monthly post-Council meeting Mayor videos, regular Mayoral radio spots, Council meeting summaries (to complement the full minutes), social media and Council’s website newsfeed. But we want to make sure our communications are reaching and benefiting you, and your preferred ways of hearing from Council. If you have a spare two minutes, please take our short survey to help us further improve our communications with you.
