COMMUNITY SATISFACTION SURVEY
Golden Plains Shire Council would like to inform residents that from Monday 13 February for up to three weeks, you may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
National Field Services are conducting the 2017 Community Satisfaction Survey on behalf of Council. Similar surveys will be undertaken across Victorian councils in the coming months. The survey has been designed to assess Council’s performance across a range of measures to identify ways to improve or provide more effective service delivery to residents.
The survey will involve 100 telephone interviews conducted among a representative sample of residents.
We appreciate residents taking the time to assist us with valuable feedback.
Please be assured that your details and individual responses are confidential. Only the overall results are shared with Golden Plains Shire Council.
