ANIMAL REGISTRATION NOTICES - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Council is aware a small number of residents have received incorrect animal registration notices in the mail.
Those affected will receive updated animal registration notices in the mail next week.
Unfortunately, a database issue has resulted in incorrect information being printed on a small number of animal registration notices.
Council has addressed the situation and is mailing amended animal registration notices to all affected residents.
Only those affected pet owners will receive updated notices next week.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
If you are listed as a pension or concession card holder, or your animal is listed as not sterilised, you may have received an incorrect notice.
WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
All animal registration fees are due by Wednesday 10 April 2019.
As always, we ask pet owners to double check their animal registration notices and inform Council of any changes.
