Teesdale
Following community feedback, three parking bays in Teesdale are being converted into two accessible parking bays.
Works to convert the parking bays began today and conclude by Friday 4 February. A section of the car park on Bannockburn-Shelford Road will be restricted during the works.
The need for additional accessible parking bays in Teesdale has been identified, with the works to improve access to the Teesdale Primary School and nearby shopping precinct.
Works will include line marking, with three parking bays set to be converted into two accessible parking bays with a shared hatched zone in the middle. No pavement works will be undertaken.
