Golden Plains Shire Council will have altered hours during the Easter holiday period.
Council’s Customer Service Centres and officers in Bannockburn and Smythesdale will close at 5pm, Thursday 14 April and re-open at 8.30am on Tuesday 19 April.
General phone and online enquiries will be unavailable during this time. Community members seeking after-hours support can call 5220 7111 and listen carefully to the prompts.
Waste and recycling bins normally collected on Good Friday, 15 April 2022 will be collected on Easter Saturday, 16 April 2022. All other scheduled collection days remain unchanged during the Easter period.
The Rokewood Transfer Station will be closed on Easter Sunday, 17 April and will re-open for normal operational hours on Sunday 24 April.
