The Community Planning Program in a community led process – mentored by Non-Profit Training. Local residents, known as community coordinators, volunteer their time to coordinate the development and implementation of their local community plan with their community.
This enables local residents to create a shared vision for their town, supporting communities to establish what people want to change or introduce into their community.
