The Confirmed Minutes and Agenda for Council's Ordinary Meeting held at Bannockburn Cultural Centre on 28 April 2020.
The next Ordinary Meeting of Council is on Tuesday 28 April, starting at 6pm, at the changed location of the Bannockburn Cultural Centre, 27 High Street. In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the new larger location will allow for greater distance between all attendees of the public meeting. All attendees are advised to practice social distancing and the hygiene recommendations of the Department of Health and Human Services. Any questions submitted for Public Question Time will not be read out at the meeting, with all questions to receive a written response to ensure fairness to those who do not want to attend in person.
