Golden Plains Shire Maternal and Child Health service presents FREE evidence based Sleep and Settling online information sessions for parents/carers of babies aged from 6 months to 12 Months.
Facilitated by a qualified Maternal and Child Health nurse and Children's Services Development officer , these sessions aim to provide information and guidance on
• Typical sleep patterns and behaviours
• Preventing sleep concerns
• Solutions and strategies to address sleep concerns
• self-care and support for parents/carers

These session are for families/carers who live within Golden Plains Shire, Victoria.
