Come and join Charlotte and Shellie for a relaxing, family friendly yoga class as part of our Move Your Way - Baby Steps program. This series of exercise sessions are designed specifically for new parents and caregivers to give yourself the opportunity to gently build your strength and fitness whilst connecting with other new parents.
