Fair Access Tile

Council has initiated a series of workshops aimed at informing stakeholders about the newly introduced Fair Access Policy, with the first workshop to be held on Monday 15 April from 6pm at The Well in Smythesdale.

A second workshop will be held on Monday 22 April from 6pm at the Bannockburn Cultural Centre.

These workshops, attended by various stakeholders including community and industry leaders will serve as a platform to disseminate information about the key components of the Fair Access Policy. The interactive sessions delve into the details of the roadmap, outlining strategies and objectives set to propel women and girls into the forefront of community sports.

Gain insights into how your organisation can navigate funding applications under the new policy, ensuring alignment with the roadmap’s goals for improved inclusivity and accessibility in sports infrastructure.

Engage with experts, ask questions and be part of the conversation as we collectively work towards fostering a more inclusive and equitable landscape in Victoria.

Light refreshments will be provided.
