Golden Plains Shire Council gives notice under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 of its intention to sell the property known as RES2 on PS525141 and located between numbers 45 and 39 Daruma Way, Batesford. The subject land is shown outlined in red and hatched on the plan above.
The property was intended to form a walkway; however, development has led to the strip leading to private land and being unsuitable for a walkway.
