Will the event be held on private land?
Are you serving food or alcohol at your event?
Will you be erecting any structures (marquees, seating)?
Are road closures required?
If you answered yes to any of the above you may need to complete an Event Application.

Would you like to book the Community Events Trailer or Create Crate for your event?
Trailers to be picked up and returned to 2 Pope St Bannockburn. A hire fee of $20 and refundable deposit of $100 is payable on pick up. Further details and bookings at https://www.goldenplains.vic.gov.au/news/planning-event
 
Will general waste and/or recycling bins be required for your event?
If you require general waste and/or recyling bins for your event. Please contact Council at 5220 7111. 
Would you like to book any of the community signage frame sites?
Sites are free for use by community events. Signs to be supplied by Event Organiser. Further details and bookings at https://www.goldenplains.vic.gov.au/news/planning-event
