Youth Roadshow Survey 3

This survey has been devleoped as part of the Golden Youth Empowerment Roadshow, a series of events and activities aimed at developing a more robust understanding of the interests and ideas of local young people (aged 12 to 25) and their families.

The Roadshow has been designed by young people for young people and will be delivered across October 2017, culminating in a final consolidated report. This report will be used to guide Council's youth development priority areas, activities and events moving forward. We want to ensure that what we deliver is relevant, meaningful and empowering for young people and families in our Shire.  Please note that all surveys must be submitted by November 10th 2017.

Personal information collected shall be used only for the primary purpose for which it is collected or for a reasonably expected secondary purpose. The data collected during the Golden Youth Empowerment Roadshow will be used in the following ways…

  • Collated into the Golden Plains Shire Youth Report- Please note: this report may be used in a number of ways including to be shared with stakeholders for learning and development (internal and external), as part of funding submissions, to guide program development, to inform branding and promotional content etc
  • Used in the development and implementation of the Council Youth Development Strategy
  • Shared with our funding body FReeZA (Department of Health and Human Services)
  • To inform and provide evidence in funding submissions
  • Extracts of the content may also be used in promotional mediums (online and offline)

Council will however share information where it is required to do so by law or where consent has been given.

All information shall be kept private and confidential and stored in a secure environment pending destruction in accordance with the Public Records Office Victoria retention and disposal schedule of administrative functions (PROS 07/01).
