Kindergartens operated by Golden Plains Shire Council

Kindergarten cluster management is an initiative introduced to relieve the pressures on parents running a kindergarten. Under this approach, kindergarten services in a local area cluster their management responsibilities under one management body. The State Government funds cluster managers to manage the kindergartens. Cluster managers are responsible for employment and management of staff, licensing and regulatory requirements and financial management.

Kindergarten cluster management strengthens the delivery of universal kindergarten services across Victoria.  The kindergarten cluster management initiative provides parents with more flexible options for participating in kindergarten programs, and creates a consistent and professional employment model for kindergarten staff while facilitating strong local partnerships.
