How do you get active in Golden Plains Shire?

Council wants to know about it!

As part of Premier’s Active April, Council is building a comprehensive community database of local physical activity opportunities.

We're talking clubs, programs, groups or activities. It's all about participation.

The annual Active April health campaign encourages all Victorians to engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day.

And Council wants to help make that possible for our residents.

The database will include all the important details of local physical activity opportunities to be a part of in April.

Whether it’s a weekly walking group, football match, golf day or skate competition, Council wants to create a one-stop list for residents to access.

GET IN TOUCH

Tell us what your club or group is up to this April by emailing kschneider@gplains.vic.gov.au or call 5220 7142 with date, time, location and any other relevant information about the activity.
