Bannockburn
It’s been a fun-filled season at the Bannockburn Heart, and with the weather cooling, the Water Play component has now closed until next Summer.
The Heart’s Basketball hoop has been installed to replace the Water Play and will help keep the popular site active over Winter following the end of the splash pad season, which concluded Thursday 31 March. The adventure playground, active recreation equipment, public toilets, seating and BBQs, and the outdoor dining area will also remain open for the community to enjoy.
The Water Play Space will reopen in the warmer months, with residents encouraged to keep an eye on Council’s website and social media channels later in the year for details on the reopening date.
