Council is seeking expressions of interest from commercial or retail operators interested in leasing the Bannockburn Shire Hall, 12 High Street, Bannockburn.
The Shire Hall site offers:
- Two large spaces suitable for commercial or retail use
- Kitchen and bathroom facilities
- All abilities access
- Additional rooms for storage
- Prime High Street location in Town Centre, adjacent to Bannockburn Plaza
- Commercial 1 Zone (C1Z)
Council officers have extended the closing date to lodge an Expression of Interest until 5pm on Friday 29 September 2023.
