***UPDATE 3.30PM FRIDAY 10 JANUARY: In good news for the local community, Council has been able to find a technological solution that will allow the Linton Customer Service Centre to remain open on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 January as usual, with no disruption to its customer service.***
Council's Linton Customer Service Centre will be closed for two days next week due to a planned outage by NBN and Telstra.
The centre will be closed all day on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 January 2020 during the outage. The Smythesdale and Bannockburn Customer Service Centres are unaffected, and will be open as usual.
Customers are encouraged to visit Council's Smythesdale Customer Service Centre at the Well, 19 Heales Street, Smythesdale during this time. This centre is open 8.30am to 5pm, and closed for a lunch break from 1.30 to 2.15pm, every day during the week. Please note that the Smythesdale Customer Service Centre is a non-cash handling facility.
The Linton Customer Service Centre will re-open on Wednesday 15 January 2020 at 8.30am.
