Every year, the Mayor of Golden Plains Shire presents the Mayor’s Award to a number of students from across the Shire.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this year was a little different, with Mayor Cr Helena Kirby presenting these awards over video to many of the schools.
The Mayor’s Award values integrity and service, with the recipient someone who is honest, responsible and who cares for their friends and fellow students.
