Update: Maintenance works to reinstate compliant soft fall at the Lethbridge Recreation Reserve play space were undertaken in January after excessive rainfall washed away soft fall at the site. Alongside the reinstatement of compliant soft fall, Council also introduced three new rubberised pads for the swing sets at the play space. Following these works, the play space reopened in February, 2022.
Due to recent storm activity, the play space at Lethbridge Recreation Reserve has been temporarily closed.
The play space at Lethbridge Recreation Reserve, Russel Street, Lethbridge has been temporarily closed following significant damage to the surfacing caused by recent storm damage.
Council will assess the damage and complete essential safety and maintenance works to ensure the play space is reopened as soon as possible.
