Golden Plains Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest from commercial or retail operators interested in leasing the Bannockburn Shire Hall.
The Shire Hall is located at 12 High Street, Bannockburn and has been vacant since May 2020, when meetings of Golden Plains Shire Council in Bannockburn were relocated to the modern and accessible Council Chambers at the Golden Plains Civic Centre.
The Shire Hall site offers:
- Two large spaces suitable for commercial or retail use;
- Kitchen and bathroom facilities;
- Additional rooms for storage;
- Prime High Street location in Town Centre, adjacent to Bannockburn Plaza; and
- Commercial 1 Zone (C1Z).
Expressions of interest are due by 9am, Monday 11 January, 2021.
