EASTER OPENING HOURS, KERBSIDE COLLECTION AND ROKEWOOD TIP

Opening hours

Council wishes to advise that our Linton and Bannockburn Customer Service Centres will be closed on Good Friday (14 April) and Easter Monday (17 April).

The Rokewood Transfer Station (Rokewood Tip) will be closed on Easter Sunday.

Kerbside collection

Most households in the Shire will have their kerbside bins collected as usual. However, those who live in Linton and surrounds with bins scheduled to be collected on Good Friday (14 April), will have their bins picked up on Easter Saturday (15 April) instead.

Process for issues over Easter break

  • Emergencies—please call 000
  • Waste and recycling issues—please report these to Cleanaway on 1800 230 130.
  • Non-emergencies—contact Council on 5220 7111 and follow the prompts on our After Hours phone system. This will help direct you to the appropriate officers and agencies. You can also report issues/make enquiries via our online enquiries form (see link below). Please note issues and enquiries submitted over the Easter break will not be received until Tuesday 18 April.
