How would you rate Council’s performance?

Well, this February and March you might be called to have your say.

Data collection for Local Government Victoria’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey is underway for many participating Councils across the state.

The phone interviews are being conducted by independent market research agency, JWS Research.

Residents will be asked to rate Council’s performance in a number of areas on a standardised scale.

This feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and what we could do better.

It also allows for performance comparisons between Victorian councils like ours.

Of course, if you feel uncomfortable with the line of questioning or would prefer not to participate, you are more than welcome to decline the opportunity.

Local Government Victoria will release the data mid-year.
