The start of the Golden Plains Community Bus has been postponed until at least Thursday 29 July due to the current COVID-19 snap lockdown. Dependent on restrictions lifting, Council is planning for the Community Bus to start its usual schedule at 9.30am on Thursday 28 July, providing registered passengers with a service to and from Delacombe Town Centre and Stockland Wendouree in Ballarat from Linton, Scarsdale and Smythesdale.
