The Golden Plains Twilight Market is on today at the Bannockburn Heart, corner of Milton and Byron Streets from 4 to 9pm.
Come along for a COVID-safe evening of food, fun and fine crafts just before Christmas. Generously sponsored by Bannockburn & District Connected Communities partnered with Bendigo Bank, the Twilight Market is a one-stop shop for everyone’s Christmas needs, with farm fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers, free range meats, vegan treats and bespoke gifts direct from the farmers, makers, artists and gourmet provedores of the Golden Plains region.
Visitors will enjoy live music, great food, craft beer, wine and cocktails while they shop for Christmas supplies from over 45 stallholders at the COVID-safe event.
In line with ensuring the Twilight Market is COVID-safe, market-goers are requested to follow the below requirements:
- Sign-in on entry using the QR code for contact tracing purposes
- Masks are recommended when not seated to eat or drink
- Social distancing of 1.5m
- No communal gathering without a mask
- Hand sanitise using the santiser available at entry and exit points, as well as at all stalls
- Contactless payment is preferred
There will be 1.5 metre spacing between market stalls, as well as between tables and seating in the seating area.
