Active Golden Plains, a free four-week fitness program will begin shortly in Ross Creek and Bannockburn.
The program aims to improve and increase the physical activity levels and social well-being of those who live, work and visit Golden Plains by providing participation opportunities that meet the needs of our diverse and evolving community.
Active Golden Plains kicks off on Wednesday 20 November with Sport Central's Pilates program in Ross Creek and Leisure Networks' Soccer Mums program in Bannockburn on Thursday 21 November. Both programs are free and will run for four weeks, with more activities planned for the new year.
