New Residents Guide 2020: Business Vouchers Form

Share this:

Golden Plain Shire Council is pleased to offer a new free advertising opportunity to local businesses and services.

Council publishes a New Residents Guide that we distribute to people and families who have newly purchased or rented a home in Golden Plain Shire. The guide includes useful information on Council services including how to find out what day your garbage is collected and how to access the local library, aged care, or maternal and child health services.

We are updating the guide and adding a new section of vouchers to promote local businesses to this valuable group of prospective customers and clients. Each voucher will include a special offer for new residents from that business, for example, a local café may offer two free coffees or a local dentist may offer a 10% discount on the first check up visit. The vouchers are a great opportunity for new residents to learn more about the great range of businesses and services in their new home town and across the Shire; while the offer is an excellent incentive to try a new business.

For local businesses, it’s free and easy to participate: just complete the form below with your business information, your offer to new residents and attach your business logo.

The updated New Residents Guide will be published in early 2020. Vouchers may only be used once and will have a standard expiration date of 31 December 2021. A sample design of a vouchers page is attached.

If you would like your local business to be promoted in Council’s New Residents Guide, please complete the form by Friday 14 February, 2020.

Any questions, please email or call the Investment Attraction and Business Support team at 5220 7111.
