Live at Turtle Bend

ABOUT THE EVENT
Residents are gearing up for Live@Turtle Bend, the annual music festival and lantern parade, where the local primary school students will lead a twilight parade down Teesdale’s main street.
Salsa sensations The QUARTER STREET band will bring Teesdale's famous Turtle Bend pavilion to life with great live music. Celebrating an era where the music of the streets resonated with the voice of the people, the 10-piece band will sizzle with driving rhythm and all-trombone horn sections.
Geelong musicians Sean Patrick and Jack Gramsky will be among the line-up of performers.
Live@Turtle Bend is a free community festival - organised “by the community for the community.”
Live@Turtle Bend is funded by local sponsors, with support from Music Workshop, FReeZA and the Golden Plains Shire. Teesdale Primary School assists the students to create the stunning parade lanterns. Warming fires and hearty refreshments will add to the atmosphere.
